Every day a store or office is closed costs money. We phase the work, schedule noisy jobs after hours where needed, keep dust and access under control, and give you a written schedule with the dates that matter to you: when the space closes, when inspections happen, and when you get the keys back.
Permits, code and inspections
Commercial projects run under Part 3 or Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code depending on size and use, and many need sealed drawings from an architect or engineer. We coordinate the design team, file the permits, and manage the fire, building and health inspections your occupancy needs.
How we price commercial work
Fixed price when the drawings are complete. Cost plus with a capped fee when you need to start before every detail is settled. Either way, you see the line items and payments follow finished work.
We work across Northumberland County (Colborne, Cobourg, Port Hope, Brighton), Quinte, Peterborough and the Kawarthas, with Barrie from early 2027.
