Licensed, registered and insured
NEUE is an HCRA licensed builder, registered with Tarion, fully insured and covered by WSIB. You can look up any Ontario new home builder in the HCRA's Ontario Builder Directory. Electrical work is done by our ECRA/ESA licensed electrical partners, and gas and HVAC work by TSSA certified trades.
Where we build
We are based in Colborne and work across Northumberland County and Quinte, Peterborough and the Kawarthas, and Clarington, with Barrie from early 2027.
