What we build
- Curbless walk-in showers with a continuous floor sloped to a linear drain
- Steam showers with sealed glass and a steam generator
- Heated floors under large-format tile
- Floating vanities with hidden lighting underneath
- Freestanding tubs, primary suites and walk-in closets
- Accessible bathrooms for aging in place, with blocking for grab bars built into the walls
The part you never see: waterproofing
A bathroom lasts as long as its waterproofing. Every shower we build gets a full waterproofing membrane on the walls and floor, a properly sloped base and sealed penetrations, flood-tested before tile. A curbless shower also needs the floor framing lowered or recessed so the slope works, which we plan from the first visit.
What bathroom renovations cost
| Scope | Typical cost (2026) |
|---|---|
| Full renovation, same layout | $15,000 to $30,000 |
| Mid-range with custom shower and upgraded tile | $22,000 to $30,000 |
| Large ensuite or spa bathroom | $30,000 to $45,000+ |
Moving plumbing typically adds $2,000 to $5,000 or more, and labour is 40 to 60 percent of the budget.
Ranges are typical 2026 Ontario market figures from published cost guides (RenovationFind 2026 Toronto guide, HomeStars), shown to help you plan. They are not a quote. Your project gets its own fixed price after a site visit, with every line item written out.
We work across Northumberland County (Colborne, Cobourg, Port Hope, Brighton), Quinte, Peterborough and the Kawarthas, with Barrie from early 2027.

Most can. The floor has to be recessed or the framing adjusted so water slopes to the drain without a curb. We check your floor structure at the first visit.
In an Ontario winter, most clients say yes. Electric floor heat under tile is affordable to install during a renovation and costs little to run on a programmable thermostat.
